The Penguin random house in Gurugram was one of the AD 100 winners

Designing the office for Penguin Random House in Gurugram, completed in 2021, was aimed at fostering storytelling. Key to this project was comprehending the office's structure and workflow, considering the interdependence of departments like marketing, sales, HR, the editorial team, and visiting authors. This understanding guided the allocation and placement of spaces. Consequently, the brief called for a limited number of dedicated cabins, meeting rooms with unconventional setups, and numerous areas for spontaneous interactions to promote creative discussions.
