The family home in Nagpur was one of the AD100 winners

The Light House won the AD100 organized by Architectural Digest in 2024
In a modern urban setting in Nagpur, our reinterpretation of the traditional haveli embraces contemporary design while maintaining communal spaces of varying scales to nurture a sense of community within a multigenerational family. Our design features timber jalis with traditional motifs, a sunlit chowk, and jharokhas accentuating the bedrooms, creating a visually striking and culturally rich aesthetic. Currently, we are exploring innovative materials inspired by our collaboration with the Kishkinda Trust, including banana fiber, water hyacinth, and local black pottery from Anegundi and regions near Hampi.
The AD100 is an annual list published by Architectural Digest that celebrates the top 100 architects and interior designers in the world.
